NeGMA does not arrive in communities with predetermined answers. Before each journey, WOYA works with local organizations, leaders, institutions and community partners to understand what would actually be useful.

The goal isn't to "save" anybody. It's to work alongside people, exchange capability, build relationships and create something worth leaving behind.

NeGMA is created by Women and Youth Advancement (WOYA), whose work advances human capability, economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, leadership, non-clinical motivational wellness and pathways to participation.

The Collaborative AI Group (CAiG) serves as NeGMA's AI and digital-transformation capability partner. That doesn't mean every mission becomes an AI project. It means that when technology can help solve a real problem, strengthen an organization, expand opportunity or build local capability, we know how to put it to work.

NeGMA is intentionally not mass tourism. The traveling group will remain limited to approximately 28 people at any one time, including a dedicated operations team. This allows for deeper relationships, more meaningful missions, better logistics and a genuine traveling community. Participation will be application-based.

The NeGMA Story

The inaugural journey will be intentionally documented through photography, video and participant storytelling, supported by local creative professionals wherever possible. The resulting stories may become documentary, episodic and educational content following the people, places, missions, challenges and discoveries encountered along the way.
